10: 00 P.M. First Christmas

Christmas glistening in the snow of intellect, bright
reminders of another time long ago.

Walking in my mind to a manger, baby Jesus being born,
all of human feelings and emotions combined.

Watching the Savior of our world, little, helpless and
dependent on His mother for everything.

Seeing this landscape of purity and innocence, such a
perfect portrait of the very first Christmas on earth.

There's nothing, no religion, no thoughts, to compare
with the beauty that was wrought on that first Christmas
morning.

A bright star shining above the manger, showing us the
way we were to live and celebrate his birth forevermore,
giving and sharing like the three kings and shepherd did.
