Through the vastness of deep space
To the edge of mans own vision
Travel to this unknown place

My 10 for the last wonderful stanza.
A mystery indeed! We do not know what is out there and it's pretty exciting. Loved your poem, David. Warm Wishes, Marilyn
Mystery must have been on both our minds Dave.as we have both put one up with the same theme mmmmm is it great minds thinking alike? But the question you pose has to answered one day. Good write. from Fay.
Gave this quite a lot of thought... No! I cannot imagine there is nothing... :) may we always have stars in our eyes
Great poem David. It gets you to thinking how boring life must be for the astronaut. No 'landmarks' or lovely scenery to view as you travel along, just the same old occasional stars or star dust zooming by. Wouldn't you hate to just 'lose it' out there in space with no shrinks around? 10
well said, the nostalgia of infinity remains a mystery best wishes Shimon
