21 Gun Salute

Poem By Justin Gildow

I dropp to one knee
I unbuckle my helmet
And I slam it to the ground
And I count my blessings
As firewords go off all around

I'm glad I don't feel like Sean Flynn
Here Today
Gone Tomorrow
And after that, never to be heard from again

As the war is over
Peace has been retained
The lands over are safe again for romantics and star crossed lovers
I dream of what there is for me
But for me
I'm content with where I am

As some are dreaming
As some are sleeping
The 21 gun salute goes off in the distance

The 21 gun salute goes off for the ones that were victorious
The 21 gun salute goes off for the ones that were lost
The 21 gun salute is remembered for you
The 21 gun salute is dedicated to me

(be Strong Now) My Night With Her In August

I can see the nightingale sing
Our love's more colorful than a starling
Take my hand, and be strong now, girl
Cuz it's our heart shaped world

Father And Daughter

Father and daughter spend some quiet time together in the living room
Shining through the curtain is the sun
And outside is the glorious afternoon

Laguna Beach

The sun and the early morning have come
They've arrived in this town
This decrepit, decaying kingdom
I wake up from my goodnight sleep

I know when I'm sleeping
And that I'm dreaming in slumber
Well, it's no night by numbers since you tiptoe through my room
Spreading your radiance

Making Love While Pyramid Head Stalks The Halls

Locked up in a closet
Among the tore up room
We're playing 7 minutes in heaven
We hug and embrace
