3 In 1

3 in 1,
1 in 3,
all being
almighty
Alpha and Omega,
all knowing,
all wise,
infinitely eternal,
the Creator
and yet gambling with us
who are but dust and ashes;
more transient than a fleeting
moment in time's nullity,
more lost than a speck of sand
in the vast wastes of cosmic-space.

''and yet gambling with us who are but dust and ashes; more transient than a fleeting moment in time's nullity, more lost than a speck of sand in the vast wastes of cosmic-space. This is a true existential experience and not at all a hallow concept of God as Cynthia Buhain-Baello seems to suggest. The 'true' essence if God is transcendent and cannot be known no matter if you are a 'true' believer or not.
I liked this - it is a very clever piece of writing - lovely choice of descriptive words.
'And yet gambling with us...' I find this phrase a trivialization of God, and the way I know my God - He never gambles, He loves. It is understandable for those who have not encountered Him personally to surmise hallow concepts of who He is, and only with acceptance of the CHALLENGE to seek Him can we have unbiased grounds for discussion on His existence. After all, He needs no defense and is not affected by our stubborn unbelief. So there.
