A Beautiful Present

Poem By Alice Baudoin

A beautiful present we were
Crafted in evening rain
And shattering beauty

A beautiful present we were
What a mystical time
You have filled me with

April magnolias, words of love,
African autumn tea
And fingertips touching verses in the remote library

A beautiful present so white
Near the lightness of the Virgin's statue
Gracefully rising above waters

So red over the river catching the reflection
Of the evening bricks
Like a glittering blood

Oh how I long for that beautiful present
Overflowing our nights
With each other

lovely when nature catch your eyes and won't let go...your lips start to move to symphony than cradle your heart - happy-

One Last Desire

I have one last desire
Let me die
In the evening silence
By the sea

Inexpressible pain
Like silence

Those Who Wander

-to Amitabh Bachchan-

“Those who wander along the beach

Sometimes

Sometimes even gods are dying
And leave their traces on the sky
Like sunsets when they fall and die
Without smiling, without lying

Landing Like A Stranger

I mixed you up with the sky
In the end of the day

With the leaves

The Art Of Leaving Behind

Life is the art of leaving behind
A past and a passion for love
A mystery, a regret, a dishonorable moment,
An embarrassing instant of glory
