Deep! I often dwell on this same dreary truth.

Bitter truth? I'd say the inevitable can never be bitter, under no conditions. All the worlds a stage and we are timed and timed out..nothing bitter, rather spiritual and and extension further, I believe in afterlife. Good write and well thought.

An amazing thought, and potentially frightening - were it not for faith. Beautifully done 10.

A very interesting spin on life and how it changes, a very sad tale but worth the read.

This is a sad poem, described in an uplifting and very good way. Death is part of life, and life will carry on whatever. We can only hope we can leave memories and perhaps the legacy of books behind. Great poem, well worth a 10.

Indeed, it is a truth... However, it is true that you have been here and left your mark, you and I are part of this earth's history! Thank you for a lovely write and a joyous read... Ron.

Beautiful uplifting poem about the continuance of life, unfortunately we all must pass to the great beyond, maybe to greater rewards, excellent poetry.

Death is the other side of the same coin, 'from dust back to dust' and if you are not afraid and have no regrets, then it would be a peaceful ending! Excellent write, as always! 10+++ Love and Peace for always! ...

Friend, 'All is well but the ending is unwell'. You have pleasantly showed us the bitter truth of life at the end. Great theme! Marks 10.

It is so sad poem with good opening and strength in those words choosen. The poet had twisted those happy truth with the partition of his own existence. Well done, my friend! !
