A Covenant Response

How do I know there is a God
Why am I here this day I pray
Trusting this soil on which I trod
My destiny but futile clay?
Explain to Me the depth of the sea;
Mystery of the mountain high
Honey so sweet, the bumble bee
Sun, moon, and stars in the sky!
From whence came the infant small,
The fragrance of the rose
The tiny ant, the tree so tall
Food that from it's own seed grows?
Sow in love, my child, "I Am" your God
Whene'er your planting time is through
Paradise's not lost beneath the sod
My Son's redeemed heaven for you!
