A Craze Of Lines

a craze of lines
invisible except
under pressure
a hand fugitive
smile but

that fat spider inside my skull
scampers to another corner
a bloodless hulk bobbing in its wake

everything is memory
nothing is now but
a world dry eyed, wept out
