A Dream

What is a dream, except a mind on the loose.
You can chase a wild horse, or trap a wild goose.
You can fall from a house or in a gorge of a canyon so deep,
While you're laying in bed at home fast asleep.

You can take a long walk for miles and miles.
You may never get tired or shed tears when you cry.
Or climb up a hill that's long and steep.
You can do all this in your bed while you sleep.

So what is a dream, except a way for the mind to release.
The things that you say, the things that you see.
Or things that you do when you play at it's peek
Come back as a dream in the bed as you sleep.
