A Kiss

What is in a kiss,
Body and soul, heart and mind,
When lovers lips meet.
Without that kiss emptiness,
Is all we can feel inside.

THE KISS YOU SAY SPEAKS OF ALL OF ONE....LIFE IS EMPTY WITHOUT IT
Lovely sentiment David. Short sweet and powerful. Excellent.
This poem should have a tag saying: ' Do not read if you don't want to feel like kissing now'...I want to KISS :)
David, kisses to light a fire in an empty soul. Great poem my friend. Top marks and thanks for sharing it my friend. David
A kiss is but a kiss... When heated and on target to the heart it is not amiss. Hard felt happiness of one kiss... Tossed at thee is no longer one remiss. Love can hang on tight... Once ye've been bit light. No more turn of the head away from ye you admire... Your heart will for sure hire. Ne'er to hurt and fire... Best be your desire. Great poem David. God bless lovers and poets-MJG.
