A Pause

Poem By Pamuditha Zen Anjana

A lonely traveler stood frozen
up on the highest peak, the apex
of a floating, sullen iceberg
in an isolated sea of nowhen

A mind focused on a single task
a heart filled with love as, for him
universe existed and revolved
around that one single person

Had he taken his heart out
and showed her it's still beating,
still bleeding for her, but nay
he didn't, and she'd have known

Instead, had his eyes closed
with a lost smile on his lips
mere memories of eventides and
auroras playing on his inner eye

The iceberg sank slowly, with
him on its top, crawling under
as the questions burned him
and lead to the final meltdown.

Destiny

What if everything you ever wanted
throughout all your lifetime, beckons
and falls right in front of your feet
like stars fall to earth from heavens

Far Away

I was feeling more than okay
until up to that darn day
Not even a single grey cloud
was blocking my minds way

Unnamed Love

The Gloom,
I wandered through
screamed at me
like a wolf adoring

Rebirth

I was alone,
rusting in heaven...
blinded by illusions of love.
bound with chains of hope.

Godspeed

With a hollow heart
I followed you to the moon
and back
with a flash

Ordo Ab Chao!

Arise! whilst feeding on the ultimatum,
the wrath of the unsatisfied, looking up at what’s not humane
through the veils of light, Oh! Let thy kingdom begone!
Turn to dust, and then fly off with unresolved fears
