>≫Colour Blindness

Taunting me it is said that I am a colour blind
And I see the seven coloured rainbow
As the border to cross over to another land
But let me tell you I was a green grasshopper who
Used to Love more the evening-star
With the piece of tinsel on her forehead
Than the pointed vermilion above the nose
Of the east-sky at early dawn
And I never gave any response to any beckon
Of the red roses bloomed on the side ways of the roads
Or lured away to the lust of flashed flesh
As I had great intimacy with the moth
Dwelled upon the petals of my heart
I did not want anything in my life
Except two bright balls under her eye brows
At which I could stare
But with a sigh I tell you
Blaming me as a colour blind
She left the flowers
Freshly bloomed in my heart
Since she got her wings and took her first flight
After turning into a butterfly

Nice poem. Well, poem based on love does not comes under the category of poetry. A poem should contain messages for society. Love is self-centred issue.
