A Picture Of Life
Poem By Paul Barratt
That certain thought of one.
Dancing with excitement, darting with energy drawn and the spark goes on.
Infinitely encompassing desire, yearning, striving as no-one has ever done.
But looking all around, inwards, backwards, forwards, but for one.
There is only now, we go on.
The picture is big, the underlying gesture of knowledge of fear is an illusion contemplating actions of life.
Eternally split, wound materially by existence in a sea of energy.
Still we don't know.
It's as if chaos lurks neutrally waiting for direction of action of what?
But one: the big picture from within.
The future goes on Just out of reach.
