A Random Poem About My Day In The Life Of My Mind 2.6 (C) 12-11-09

I’m like Bart causin Havoc
Goose family crossin the street holdin traffic
Wait homie listen that’s it
Rhymes shatter in ya glass and melt in you like plastic
The change that we need is really somethin drastic
And it can’t poof disappear, we need heroes instead of magic
Role Models that come in mad quick
Cause if not we’ll be forever left in the sadness
The badness and I’m not tryna exact this I’m just givin e x’s
So Y can be a better generation than the DX’s
Just keep ya mind straight and down the crime rate
In order to save us for time’s sake,
And stay away from the niggaz that are the shadiest
Now I’ll stop rappin this that to some is miscellaneous
These rhymes just pop into my head
Never once have I planned em
This is a day in the life of my mind
But the rhymes are at random

Thanks for the modest invitation! You are so young. It was Bob Dylan who did it for me at your age. Will do my best when time permits. So here goes - Above poem does not read too bad and you definitely seem to have your own style. It comes across as a dialect sometimes and then we only have to think of the likes of Robbie Burns. The content is universal and of great relevance to today. Thanks for sharing your work.
