he bore
into the babel-wall.

Rejecting record-groove wisdom,
he peeled off
his cumbersome conformity.

Ignoring clay-wet frustrations,
he clawed
along the sobbing shaft.

Discarding battered anticipation,
he burst through,
spilling out of the sacred curtain,
exchanging fragile hope
for breathtaking immersion.

Duvet tongues aroused
his unleashed seed;
initiating this intercourse

across the divide.
Once censored whispers
now silenced all
cowboy-and-indian lies.
