Amethyst

Poem By Pamela Davison

Amethyst air
weaves the dream
of conscious living,
awakening original purpose,
calling to Wisdom's daughters
for critical renewal
in this time of danger.

Be gone now,
oh heavy ignorance,
so we may all
trace our roots
back to the tree of peace,
and return once more
to our sacredness.

We are the caretakers
of tomorrow,
mothers living in a state
of gratitude
for the whole of Earth
bequeathed to us,
and we must not fail.

Measure your quality
as you hold the stars,
and feel truth weighed
in love's magnificence
where you expand
to breathe
the amethyst air.

Comments about Amethyst

Very poetic voice with raw inspiring power. I will read on.
Don't cha love it when someone gives you a six and doesn't say why? This is a good one. Jeff

Beauty Way

I am present in the energy of this moment,
An instrument manifesting sacred duty
Without attachment
For what does not belong to me.

October Considered

Step gently, my sweet,
Into the hallowed night,
And be not afraid
Of the mystery awaiting you.

Must It Be So?

We were sleeping
When the dirty water
Came rushing down,
Drowning our arrogance

Expression

Euphoric vitality
Exhilarates every molecule
Of this fluid life
As it surges and recedes,

Unlocking

His unwarranted scorn
Violated sacred visions,
My humanity suffering
Beneath melting words
