An Interpretation To Interpret Truth
The interpretation of an activity,
by Lawrence S. Pertillar
Meant to intend with a meaning to demean.
May have more of a significance.
Than the absence of evidence,
No one can produce.
Or had been on the scene to witness,
Someone claiming to be victimized...
Accused to blacken both of their own swollen eyes.
To then tie their own hands behind their back.
Tape their mouth closed.
Be arrested for indecent exposure.
When discovered blocks away from where they reside.
Laying outside on the street,
Butt naked and unconscious.
But harrassed for disturbing the peace.
And humiliated for not having identification.
In some cases to judge,
Is proof enough...
That someone has not lied,
About truth to interpret it.
From their point of view.
"I can understand,
How my questions may upset you.
But I too want to get to the bottom of this.
Were you aware of your actions being filmed?
Were you so into the character you portrayed,
That you thought you were being attacked...
When the director yelled 'Cut'.
You then fell to the ground knocking yourself out."
-I swear to you.
All of this was staged.
To frame me.
I am innocent.
This nonsense is crazy.-
"That line should read...
I AM INNOCENT.
ALL OF 'THIS' NONSENSE IS CRAZY."
"All of you actors are the same.
And trust me...
It's not worth the publicity."
Will see you in court.-
"No. No no no.
That line goes...
I AND MY LAWYER,
WILL SEE YOU IN COURT."
-YOU are attempting to ruin my career.
The public will see this for what it is.-
An actor re-enacting an act.
You expect them to believe you did not stage?
You are good.
Are much better at what we do! "
