Anas

Poem By Taher Shemaly

According to the legends of present times
No man did ever have such rhymes
Alive or dead his life would make a palace
Say Salam passer by to the soul of Anas

Handicapped but blooming like the sun
Of high spirits never used to run
Shining face never knew what's gloom
Give hail to him whenever he's in a come

Weird and tight bound to this man I bear
Wise fellow that knocked down the fear
Pray to you my Lord in heavens so high
Let him be to my soul so nigh

Remember you who read my lines
I speak about a person taller than the skies
Though captured in his awful handicap
He'll always keep the mind in eternal lamp

Words I might write for centuries to come
But no rightful word I can say among the some
About this flame of beautifulness
About a man, called Anas

Sad And Lonely

As I started sipping
my daily lovely coffee
A race of memories just began in my mind
of old days, the hard and the easy

After You

Let the sorrow nest upon this heart
Let the sad moments take this tired mind
How horrible it is to be in senseless doubt
That can come to me from the hind

In Heaven

close your eyes
rest this heart
of those tiresom days and nights
have a smile

Can'T Get Up

in the darkness calling back
the strips of memory that are fading
my eyes full of tears, seem black
and my heart you kept awaiting

Zurich

Spreaded the petals over
as I walked without a cover
and happiness couldn't catch over
my heart the one flying in Zurich

Ruins Of Babel (Babylon)

over the ruins of Babel stood I
in grief with memories visiting by
sadness and happiness are lost now
beneath these broken walls' sky
