And A Glass Of Lemonade

Poem By p diteman

I tried washing my hands in the morning
of all the filth I have acquired
I took your picture from it's frame
and replaced it with my mother

See, I have killed a man early this morning
just before dawn broke
and suddenly I had wished I was you
sitting on the back porch
out in the midday sun
and a glass of lemonade.

Muchacho joven triste

con su serenade del triste-saco

Too Many Men

there
are too many men
who stand around me
with dirty faces
