As I Wait

Poem By Mona Palacios

The Waiting, is so unbearable

As I wait for an explanation
Tears fall gently down my cheek

As I wait for some kind of ending
I find my self at a stand still

As I wait for the reasons why
I sit and wonder what did I do so wrong

As I wait for the moment I can move forward
I try and review the past

As I wait for my heart to heal
I find bits and pieces of it with every sad song

As I wait for you to say you ever loved me
My lungs fill with air as not to breathe

As I wait for my world to collapse
When you say you never did

So I just sit and wait
For that one day
You give me the answer to my Question

What did I do so wrong but give you
Unconditional Love

Letting Go

When you think of letting go you think of loss

This is not always the case

When I Miss You

When I miss you

When I miss you

The Beat Of My Heart The Strength Of My Love

The beat of my heart the strength of my love

When Darkness Falls

When the light of the day has been extinguished,

Sometimes I Wonder

When you look at her
Dose your heart even remember me

When you hold her tight and taste her lips
