Baby Jar Eyes

Just got through feeding the baby
When she picks up the empty jar
A distorted look made her giggle
Her appetite for attention need not go far

Her tongue searches for the last morsel
Her face painted with strained peas
Her eyelashes stuck to her brow
Knowing she has only Grandpa to please
