Be All That You Can Be

This is a youthful dream
Deserving our very best efforts.
But if, after years of hard work,
No promising door opens
Just be and be happy;
for happiness is elusive,
Unknown to many people
Searching in the wrong place,
Even though they are
All that they can be.
