Loveliness lies upon your face
as you sleep brings a subtle look of grace
enhanced by a rustle upon a pillow so soft
where are those dreams going a waft?
Tender movements as dreams seem undoubtedly real
for lost in fantasy land visions you'll feel
places of grandeur and gentlemen and ladies so fair
adventures befitting a King and queen are found there
Where are you tonight in your sleep?
are you holding on tight your thoughts to keep
your hands touching things I cannot see
as you laugh do you see me?
A noise and then a stir
you arise in an instant, eyes a blur
i see a smile as you look at me so innocent
I'll leave it alone, your dreams are yours
