Blinded By Love

Intense love is blind, heard people say
Blinded for life I follow thee every where
Never seem to hunger or feel the ache
Tripping and falling, I still walk your way…

Dreamt I, one lonely night, and petrified I grew
You are holding someone else and the closeness brewed
Scurried away my thoughts, and said they are untrue
Believing I slept, not only did I love you, but so did you

Dawned the morning with fullness of promises
Little did I know, the day ahead was very stormy
Hardly could I bear the thought of seeing you leave
But follow thee even today, ‘cause am blinded anyways…
