Blister Lips

Poem By C.E Smithwick

Blister lips are a bruised invitation
Rough scabs on silk-smooth terrain
A foregin blemish spread like hate
Sensory evil that erases origin
Never sweet berry kisses graced here
Always copper-penny dried blood
Red stained silloheatte of a real mouth.
