Body Mind And Souls

How to forget, the unforgettable episode
Torturing of human body mind and souls
Once when, the bomber dropped a bomb
At Hiroshima on August6,1945…
At about 8.15 a.m. Japan's time
When, the innocence was yawning
After a peaceful, night long asleep
A rain of ruin, without any warning
Mightiest, weapon in history was used
First atomic bomb, dropped on humanity.

Secret mace was made in the north-west
The day, whole world changed forever
Entering into present day, Nuclear Age.
Countless were rendered dead or missing
The houses of millions were destroyed
Falling of a single bomb, for no fault-
A man made calamity, fell upon innocence
Again, three days soon after-
Half of the globe was in gloom
Celebrating its tears as bomb day.

A sin against sinning humanity…?
Without any warning against God's act
Opposed, the gods of death, even yet.

Wrote, reporting Yashito Matsushige-
The first, true picture of the scenes:
"The scenes I saw were so grouse some
-my viewfinder clouded with tears…"
As published by Gyosei Co.-

In nuclear age, today we're not safe
Beijing, Tokyo, Moscow or New Delhi
Paris, London may it be New York.
Let's remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki
Never, never and never again, we warn!

The world of nuclear giants-
As inhabited by the ethical infants
That knows more about war than peace
More and more about killing than living
Unmindful, of the devastating effects
On human body, mind and souls.
