Bullet-Free Mask

Poem By Madrason writer

In the world of today
it is much easier
to look the other way
to hide in a busy street
or behind imperfections
a harder make ends meet
whom am I to feed
it's not my cup of tea
my I-phone is loving me
and my laptop always
does what I say or ask
we wear a mask
that's bullet free
it has no place
for reality
the words are bullets
and in a sense
digging a way
through layers
of insensitivity
I act and Hope
...some Day!
