Can Anyone Save Me?

I’m drowning on the inside, can anyone save me?
I’m smiling on the outside, everyone can see me.
I know you see me, but could you save me?
If I would let you know I was drowning, would you save me?
I know my strength is getting weaker, do you have the strength to save me?
Going under, I now know my fate.
My fate is here, I shall stay forever drowning.
I am now drowning, with no one to save me, and everyone can see me on the inside.
