Car Coming Home

Long and stealthy night
Lead me on.
And on.
Glide me by with yellow eyes
Through Rain
And Time
And Town
My rusted arse and swollen axle
Bleed a deadly trail
The Aurora colours verge on bliss
They screech and scrawn a silent wail.

Guide me in with twinkling wings
My star upon a pole
Your fluorescent bow with sails proud
Doesn’t care I’m on the dole.
Fill me
Thrill me
Hyper-kill me.
My shimmering mirage.

Dry-hump me
Pump me
Downright dump me
Deep in your garage

Give me Silver-Service-Forecourt-Hellsex
I’m coming home to sleep with Caltex.
