Caressing Your Eyes

You reach for your pot
and scoop out a story
with memories so hot
it burns with fury

I run to my soul
and call up the word
that speaks to your face
caressing your eyes

You can't wash it off
though words don't stick
they have a life
in your liquid eyes

Like stories that eyes tell Conversely, stories where eyes never lie. Voted 10 Ms. Nivedita UK
Wow! this really touches the eyes! ! ! ! !
sir.....if i found someone who could write to me like this......then....it would be too good to be true....you are beyond the best sir.......this is a master piece...
Commentary can only weaken this creative masterwork, but i felt compelled to comment just to let you know that. This is both intellectually and viscerally strong, and the rhymes make it memorable. Not many guys talking about their lady's eyes these days.
Great title and lovely imagery in this bewitching write, it was a pleasure to read, thanks 10 from me, Lynda xx
