Casual Replies

All I see is distance,
With no spaces inbetween,
A rock without a resting place,
A deadly fall without the scream.

No light within the darkened sky,
No echo when I call,
Stranded, lost, in sinking sand,
No rainbow after rain fall.

A love lost, both with broken hearts,
No justice in the lies,
No comfort from the truth I know,
All questions hung with casual replies.

everything yeah everything is there but in distance nothing and none comes but everything hung with casual replies.......///
True love is not born out of lies. Only when you lose love because you got the truth you did not get anything because the suspicion replaced the void. You play beautiful letters. I worship your poetess.
The poem is replete with poignant thoughts and feelings, and evokes such feelings in the readers' minds too, particularly those who are not unfamiliar with the pains of lost love and broken hearts. Well done, dear poetess!
First of all, heartiest congratulations on this beautiful poem being selected as the Member Poem Of the Day! I've liked your poem so much that immediately after having read it, I sat to translate it into my native language, Bangla.
