Class Reunion Surprises?
Poem By Hubert Wilson
How they remained the same - yet changed?
Over ansd over fondest memories they exchanged.
Most of their old classmates were there.
Each of their lives they did share.
Complexities of life all had found.
Overt joy to the most profound.
Magic of fate that so many had arrived at the same point?
Improbable their lives in peculiar cosmic joint?
Nearly all wondered about life's design?
Grappling futilely as each pondered the long, ragged unemployment line?
A sign of the times.
