Classic Disaster

Sometimes I lay in bed
And think about you
About what we were
What we could of been
And I realize
Everything happened for a reason
We fell to pieces
For a reason
Would things have been different
If she never showed up
Or were we just wandering down a dangerous road
I guess I just miss you
Miss what we were
I get so broken up
Just thinking about you
Well, everyone was right
We were just a classic disaster

I like the resolve you seem to find here at the end. Like, it's just life.... Breaking up is hard at your age (yeah, I can remember that far back) :) It does get easier. Sincerely, mary
