'Come Near Me My Child'

Poem By Ave Lilik

'Come near me my child',
the old Ocean whispered to me,
and I fell -swimming greedily-
in its embrace.

'Be my companion my child',
the grandy Mount called out,
and I stumbled -climbing my way-
to get to its caress.

I stood confusedly after,
between the plain and plateu.

'Fly with me',
the Wind whistled to my ears,
then I jumped heading for the sky
and fell into the deepest ravine
-couldn't swim nor climb no more-

Merely cry, pray and die.

She Never Wears High-Heels

She never wears high-heels
She doesn't put on lipsticks
She has no care for her look
But she stands her ground.

Candle Of Seconds

Now that I lit thee:
Thee shall melt
Spread thy scent
to embrace me.

Giving The Angels Their Wings

Giving the angels their wings
Is not as easy as it seems,
For letting them to fly
Empty will our nest be.

Frozen Memory

What is this rush
I feel in me
Do I get a blush
there in memory?

How Would I Take Thee?

How would I take thee?
-upon my journey?
With pictures to see
-confirming our history-
