Coming For You

Poem By Ashley Griswold

Warm glance, Fake smile
Eyes meet, Your mind runs wild
This game you play with me,
I like it in a way
You expect to grab a child
You think I'm innocent not wild
Take me, let's see how much I'm tame...
I Wish I Could Take Control!
I Wish I Could Let Go!
I Wish I Could Break This Hold!
Inside I'm So Cold!
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you...
Warm lips, Big smile
Hatred runs through my insides
This game you play with me
intimidation grows each day
Rough hands, Narrowed eyes
Looking for me as I run and hide
pain grows each time we play...
I Wish I Could Take Control!
I Wish I Could Let Go!
I Wish I Could Break This Hold!
Inside I'm So Cold!
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you
I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming for you...

Daddy

little child, come out and play
come out and play, with daddy
pretty child, my minds twisted in many ways
come on out, daddy wants to play

Holding On

I can't replace, your beautiful face
Shinning when no light is near
And being alone is what you fear
Polished you shimmer and shine

Because Of You

I am confused
hating myself
Hating everyone around me
for the same reason itself

Meant To Be

Feeling all my hate
When we come face to face
Can't control this rage
let me out of this cage

Blame

All night, everyday
Always being blamed for something I never do or say
I guess, it's your way of showing how much you care...
I didn't do anything!
