Crayons In A Box
We are all just crayons in a box
All from the same creative stocks,
We are black, brown, yellow, red and white
We create, with both pleasure and delight.
On the paper we are meant to draw
As to give out our own inspiration and awe,
Sometimes though drawings we need to fix
Then with a different palette, we will mix.
Life is our very own coloring book
Into which we all will color and then look,
Every color in the box is always needed
As too in life, we all are intentionally seeded.
We draw happy and peaceful pictures
With our own coloring choices, and no strictures,
Then when life becomes bleak and duller
We will then again draw, but with a different color.
