Damaged

Damaged.
A life to like is being damaged.
In front of our eyes it can vanish.
Quicker than eating up a sandwich.

Damaged.
A life to like is being damaged.
In front of our eyes it can vanish.
Quicker than chewing on a sandwich.
That which is loved is being damaged.
To one day not be here to vanish!

Can you stop what's being done.
Can they stop what's being done.
Can we stop what's being done.
And to everyone.
Can you stop what's being done.
Can they stop what's being done.
Can we stop what's being done.
And to everyone.

When is it a faith prayed.
Is it everyday.
Or do we all await until,
It is Sunday.
When is a faith prayed.
Is it everyday.
Or do we all await until,
It is Sunday.

Yet through the week.
Few people pray.
When there's a need to do this,
Everyday.

Can you stop what's being done.
Can they stop what's being done.
Can we stop what's being done.
And to everyone.

Damaged.
Our way of life is being damaged.
Quicker than eating up a sandwich.
In front of our eyes it can vanish.

Leaving us to feel the shame.
Since no one else can be the blame.
Regardless what we say to claim.
Ignoring warnings as they came!
To sit and watch our lives be damaged!
