An outstanding satire narrating the plight of the down trodden and urging them to be happy in spite of their worries and hardships and concluding that they may be happy due to worries about every thing in life. An out standing, modern poem of the Day.

Some of the lamest rhymes imaginable. This is poetry at its worst.

great stuff. the poet is not out to please any puritan but to chart a different path. you should know that english cannot be monopolised by any puritan. it has been enriched by several other languages

Am I the only one to see the poignant pathos and well-expressed cynicism and tongue-in-cheek in this superb poem? To me, your voice is as clear as a bell in this!

Great poem indeed, reassuring, many things will happen to make one worry in life so why worry? why should one stay worried?

So the only thing to be worried is 'Hurry' ? ? ...but, how can we ignore the surrounding matters like you said..? Nooruddeen

Andrew James if you believe this is utter drivel then you obviously haven't acquired any sense of empathy for people of poorer status - I would like to see a child write with such clarity and feeling. Admittedly, the grammar and lexis is unconventional but that is a clever way of representing the people to whom this poem applies.

Andrew James you are indeed a very ignorant man.

drivel... evidence that english culture is falling into a cesspool of illiterate dunderheads... zephaniah's ouvre is empty headed drivel... he has little to say other than preachy diatribes imparted with trivial insights slapped together for mass consumption and appeal... most children write better poetry than this garbage...
