Poem Hunter
EC ( / )

I pulled the plug and my life slipped down the drain
All mixed-up with the soapy water and rubber duck.
I reached and grabbed for it, but it slid through my fingers
Like a satin ribbon.
In a graceful plummet, it was out my sight,
And the drain gurgled as it ate it.
