Do I Like School?

Poem By Ann Louisa

Teachers, teachers everywhere
They shout and tell us off but they really do care

Its a very big school with halls that are wide
But wherever you go there’s not a place to hide

In the playground we play games and run around like mad
But the dinner ladies stop anyone from being really bad

It’s a big grey place where you go to learn
And if you please the teachers a star you might earn

Some lessons we have are English and History
But to be quite honest Maths is a complete mystery

I ask myself every day, do I really like school?
And the answer is yes, I really think I do.

Under the sea where the mysteries are,
The sunken ships with pirate’s treasures and bodies never to be seen again.

Under the sea where the predators wait,

Night Time

Night time is the time when you go to bed when your thoughts of the day come alive.

You can dream about were-wolfs or goblins or even a tree,

Christmas Time

Christmas is a time for everyone including you and me
The turkey with all the trimmings, the Angel on the tree.
I really love this special time especially if it snows
To build a snowman with my friends and put a carrot as his nose.

Forest At Night

The forest comes alive at night
If you are not careful you might get a fright

The moon shines bright so the animals can see
