Psalm 43

Let your holy light expose
The depths of my intricate soul,
Search me and know me, God, *
My heart is yours to disclose.

Send your truth to judge me,
Set me apart- declare me holy,
Vindicate me, O God,
Declare me righteous because of your mercy!

Draw me near to your presence,
That my life may be pleasing to your nostrils- a sweet incense**
On your altar-
O Lord, my greatest blessing!

Oh, may your silhouette never dissolve on the beach; may your eyelids never flutter into the empty distance. Don't leave me for a second, my dearest, great expression
