Down On The Chicken Farm

Down on our little chicken farm
Two rooster each morning sound the alarm
A little green coop for them to roost
Two cinder blocks for a window boost
Five breeds of chickens, laying eggs of four kinds
Each a different personality, but all of one mind
They’ll talk to you and listen when you tell a tale
All while perched on a large yellow bale
