Dust Of Snow

The way a crow
Shook down on me
The dust of snow
From a hemlock tree

Has given my heart
A change of mood
And saved some part
Of a day I had rued.

The way a row Shook down on me The dust of snow From a hemlock tree Has given my heart A change of mood And saved some part Of a day I had ruled.
'' And saved some part Of a day I had rued. '' amazing 'finale'
a short poem that says much. some time we are saved from doing terrible things from people or things we least expect.
A simple and very meaningful poem that tells us about our attitude towards life and things. The hemlock tree is a poisonous tree and crow is an ugly bird, although all these things changes the mood of the poet and he utilised some part the day that he was going to ruin. In more practical terms, the poet addresess that we can learn a good lesson from a bad evidence also if our attitude towards life is positive.
A winter poem in short lines and from great poet. Nice to read.
