Poem By Daniele Pinna

Fly me to the moon;
Fly me to the stars;
Carry me on a whisper:
hold me in your arms.

Drown me in a sigh,
deeper than your eyes.
Beat my broken heart to pulp:
tell me one more lie.

Bless me with your smile,
lose me in our fate.
Stroke me with just one more touch,
let me almost faint.

Sweep me on your lips,
melt me with such bliss.
Grant yourself this one last sin:
echo that last kiss.

Comments about Echoes

mmm, i am in love with any form of an echo. this poem has not disappointed. the concept's been done before but that doesn't even matter, what you have here is beautifully fluid.

Among these silent rocks,
darkness all about;

Waterfall of doubts
splashing on the misty shore.
Ripples cradle me.

A Dot

I am a dot,
a tiny dot,
occupying this lonely spot.

For me tonight is but a night
of a harlot's miser curse;
that I may fight my shameful blight
and test this latent verse.

I'm sure that searching
my soul I'd find,
a little bit of paradise
lost far inside my mind.

The first sunrise;
the first moon;
the last sought freedom:
the sight of you.
