Emotional Pollution

Poem By Marie Buck

The horizon is hazy,
The All-Seeing Eye of the
Heaven has Died,
The Sky is overcast, Dimmed
Darkened toward the stars.

It is an Eastern Sky...
All too suddenly unexpected
Beads of Emotional
Pollution are disolved
into Desperate Screams
Inside my head.
and Yet...
each implosion seems to
FADE into Numbness...
The Bizarre Ideations
Stalk me Still.
My memory has come to render
me heavy and opaque. Private
safe Worlds are my only escape.
