Poem By Daniel Cowgill

Empty was you smiling without me there.
It’s when you let down the people you love.
It’s when you told me yuo did'nt love me.
It was the start of depression.
It’s the feeling of nothing.
It was the thought of suicide.
It was the thoght of losing you.
It’s my soul.
It was seeing you with another man.
It’s feeling of guilt and shame
It was letting go of reality.
Empty my life without you.

A Soldiers Pain

The soldier sits bloodied in his cell,
Knowing if he tells the U.S. will go to hell.
As sweat and blood drip down his face,
He’s wishing for that better place.

Love Is Like

Love is like your soul it never has a visible form.
you cherish it like your life.
Love is like space it never has an end and you can
explore for ages and never find a way to the other side.

The Visitor

For what do I owe this pleasure bound,
For sure you have hunted me like a hound.
Thou hast come at a late hour, odd;
Thou hast presented me with a flower.

He was bad at everything,
no school no sports not even singing.
But one day he had to make a decision,
to stay or leave the world he lived in.
