Eternal Spring

Poem By Rose M. Griffin

In days now weaved together
In memory of eternal Spring, she waits.
Still loving earth
Yet ever more atuned, accepting.
The silver ribbon stretches ever far
From birth till now.
One day the cord must break,
Swiftly launching into that eternal Spring.

Seen And Unseen

Words softly spoken with compassion,
Still fall harshly on my ears.
The sentence is imposed not for any crime committed,
Unless in unknown karmic sense,

The Child I Was

The child I was, so many years ago,
Too young to understand my loneliness
Or know that sorrow as well as joy
Are commonplace in life.
