Eyes For Me

Poem By Jessie Peter

Lonely, till i hear the word, 'lovely! '
lonely, until my mistakes are accepted gladly.
lonely, until i'm missed terribly.

Lovely it is, and without it i'm lonely.
Gladly i'd accept if asked, for i feel lonely.
Terribly i convey my heart and it remains lonely.

Looked for it everywhere,
looked for him without a corner to spare.
Looked but dint see, eyes for only me so rare.

Everywhere i turned, saw others being looked for.
Spared not a tear, for him to be as before.
Rarely it is true, whats said in a folklore.

Gone

</>Gone are the times when people spoke directly.
Gone are the times when people treated others rightly.
Gone are the times when people took exams lightly.
Gone are the times when children played around happily.

For The Weak Hearted

</>Show me the way,
let me not sway,
let me not get far away,
let me do as you say.

Nobody

</></>Have you ever felt like a nobody?
Just a tiny speck of air.
When everyone's around,
and you are just not found.

Stop By

Would you stop by just to see how i was?
Would you stop by only if you have a cause?
Would you stop by if i said that i missed you?
Would you stop by if you missed me?

The Right Time

When?
When i see partiality before my eyes,
wonder if i should report or play nice.
When taken for granted,

Wine

That which was not mine,
neither was it thine.
We fought over it like it were wine,
ended up calling each other a swine.
