Faith An Elixir

Poem By Raymond Finnegan

I pondered where the warm winds had departed to.
You arrived!
With sun in shackles of thick black and cerulean clouds.

A whirl of frost bite licks against thy face.
Where is the touch of love woven into my soul to melt the harsh weather away?

Stay and watch the sunrise and lay next to me you angel.
You represent the saviour in my life.
You are in the bible curing me of a never ending disease.

A faith luring my heart into yours.

Another recipient of a love casted into the liquid green.
No cross to bear witness to my rapture.

Man has provided sin.
No safe haven for love and a cure.

Love Of The Young

I wanna hold onto you.

Let our hands guide themselves to truth.
Our lips touch and caress each other.

Sinking

Eyes soaked and glazed
a heart of joy
a lover to praise.

Leaves And Venus

Trees have died in this night.
A void left in the heart of a mother.

Sleeping

Standing on two feet is complicated.

Paralyzed...

I Shall Miss...

Darkness reigns upon angelic eyes.
Innocent and thundering.

Desperate and sympathetic
