Fighting My Demons

Prologue:

Quite happy by myself, alone in my room
They told me they were coming
Didn't realize that with them
Was another moment hard to forget

Pt. I:

Hard to figure out what I want
It's all messed up in my mind
I don't know where I'm heading
My emotions lie, my eyes don't let me see

Pt. II:

Entering my house I saw her
A forbidden love that couldn't happen
I tried to keep my distance
I kept getting attracted towards her

Pt. III:

We sat in the same room
Instead of looking at the TV I looked at her
Still afraid of my last experience
Trying to forget past times; would she help?

Pt. IV:

Told me they were leaving the next day
I felt my heart sink, felt sad
I knew I couldn't stop them of leaving
Why did I have to suffer?

Pt. V:

Packed all their stuff
I didn't want to go out of my room
It started to rain outside
And I started to fight my demons

Epilogue:

Never seen her since
I'm still tormented by my thoughts
I still remember her each night
Don't want to remember the past, just want to start all over again
